I have booked the room for three days with my spouse. Beds were comfy and the room was always pretty clean. The personnel were extremely useful and friendly and every day made us feel welcome. Rooms are large and the closet. Bathroom was also very clean and also the shower was wonderful. Not an extremely social hotel at least during our stay.

If you are visiting Ourense you have to book at NH Ourense. The hotel is renovated and the rooms are very nice. The atmosphere all around was perfect.

This hotel was really centrally located and the staff at the reception were there at all the hrs. The beds have been comfy and the people in the hotel were typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice.The air-con was on and off, but wasn´t a problem. Really pleasant hotel and good area. Undoubtedly recommend this place!
